TAG: My Make-Up Story

I found this tag in beauty blogs everywhere and I found it's an interesting TAG. Since most of the blogs I found, they TAG everyone, so I decided to join this fun TAG too.

♥ How old were you when you started wearing makeup? ♥
I didn't really start wearing make up until enter collage, 18 years old. You can definitely call me a late bloomer.
(Well, I did use some lipgloss during my highschool years is that counted?)

♥ How did you get into makeup? ♥
It just happen naturally when I entered collage I was 18 years old and most of my friends are already bloom long back.
Plus the collage is in a very sunny area that if I don't wear sunscreen I'm gonna get sunburn. So that's when I started wearing sunscreen+loose powder after that my list keep growing constantly into cheek color, lipgloss, eyeliner, mascara etc.

♥ What are some of your favourite brands? ♥
I don't really have favourite brand but I do have favourite product from a brand. For example...I love NARS eyeshadows, I love MAC blushes, I love Maybelline mascara, I love LM & Clinique lipsticks
I love Bobbi Brown Gel liner and I love Revlon Lipsticks & Lipglosses.

♥ What does make-up mean to you? ♥
Make-up is an important tool to enhance your natural beauty, not a tool to hide who you are.
Make-up is also a kind of art that you can create every single day.

♥ If you could only wear 4 products on your face what would they be? ♥
This's very easy. I'd wear Sunscreen, Loose powder, Blush and Tinted Lipbalm. Then I just put my glasses on and I'm ready to go. They're almost all I need for my everyday make-up.

♥ What is your favourite thing about makeup? ♥
My favorite thing about make-up is when you wake up every morning to do make-up then you look in the mirror and you look more beautiful. After lunch when you re-apply your lipstick and lipgloss that's a blissful moment. After work when you go for shopping, try new make-up, seeing yourself in new styles. That's what I call everyday happiness.

♥ What do you think about drugstore makeup vs high end makeup? ♥ Drugstore makeup aren't all bad and High end makeup aren't all good. So choose wisely before buying any new products, do some research, always try before purchase. It depends on what suite you the most, not what cost you the most, yet if the thing that suite you the most costs more money then you should consider it as an investment.

♥ What is one tip of advice you can give to a beginner? ♥
Do wear sunscreen everyday and Don't start wearing foundation until you really need it.

♥ What is one makeup trend you never understood? ♥
wearing false eyelashes and full coverage foundation everyday

♥ What do you think of the Beauty Community on Youtube/Blogger? ♥
Best place for sharing knowledge, tips, reviews on make-up. I learnt a lot from both Youtube and Blogger.


♥ Who is your style icon? ♥
I love Audrey Hepburn personality.
I love Brigitte Bardot make-up style.
I love Linsay Lohan, Nicole Richie and Kristen Dunst style of dressing.
Above all I love doing make up my way.

1.) A Gorgeous Bronzer in Replacement of my old Optical Girl Light brown bronzer.
